APEROL SPRITZ SORBET (VEGAN)

Ah, the Aperol Spritz. The most beautiful summer cocktail on the block. Traditionally made with bubbly Prosecco and sunset-orange aperol, our sorbet version gets a flavour boost with the addition fresh orange, rhubarb, and orange bitters. It’s fantastic on it’s own and straight-up magical when scooped into a glass of Prosecco, soda, or summer beer.

Our sorbet is dairy free and nut free. Please note that our ice cream is prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens so we cannot guarantee any of our flavours to be allergen free.
