MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE

In our ice cream version of this spicy beverage originally enjoyed way way back in ancient Mayan civilization, we infuse a rich cocoa base with cinnamon and nutmeg, add marshmallows, and then bring the heat with habanero peppers. It’s cold, but it’s hot.

Our ice cream is made using cream, milk, sugar and egg yolks. Please note that our ice cream is prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens so we cannot guarantee any of our flavours to be allergen free.
