rose crème brûlée

Created by one of our summer chefs Julian, this original floral flavour is made with a rosewater and vanilla base, coloured light pink with beets, and filled with bits of a sugar brûlée.

Our ice cream is made using cream, milk, sugar and egg yolks. Please note that our ice cream is prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens so we cannot guarantee any of our flavours to be allergen free.
