SWEET CORN AND BLUEBERRY

Roasted corn, a traditional ice cream flavour in South America, is swirled with a decadent blueberry compote to create this well-balanced and surprisingly compelling flavour.

We made this original flavour in collaboration with YESS (Youth Empowerment and Support Services), an Edmonton organization that provides immediate and low-barrier shelter, temporary housing, and individualized wraparound services to youth ages 15-24 who are experiencing trauma and homelessness.
