WHISKY HAZELNUT BRITTLE

You see the word "brittle" and you know you're in for a good one. Using Northern Eyes Whisky from our friends at Hansen Distillery, we created an unreasonably delicious whisky hazelnut brittle, which we pack into a silky whisky-laced base and sweeten the deal even more by swirling in decadent chocolate ganache. This cozy nod to autumn will keep you warm all month long.

Our ice cream is made using sugar, milk, cream, and egg yolks. Please note that our ice cream is prepared in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens so we cannot guarantee any of our flavours to be allergen free.
